📏 WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE:

• • You will receive one fresh cut bundle of pepperberry (schinus molle) stems.
  • Bundle includes 3–5 stems (due to the higher weight and value of fresh berries).
  • Stems are approximately 22–32 inches long.
  • Note: As a fresh, perishable product, berry cluster size and stem length may vary naturally.

⚠️ CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FRESH PEPPER BERRIES:

• • URGENT UPON ARRIVAL: Unbox immediately. Recut stems and place in water if not using right away.
  • KEEP COOL & HYDRATED: Store in a cool place away from direct heat sources. Mist berries lightly with water to maintain plumpness.
  • FOR ARRANGEMENTS: Use wet floral foam or water tubes for longest longevity (3–7 days in an arrangement).
  • EXPECTATIONS: Fresh berries are a seasonal luxury. Some natural berry drop may occur during shipping or as they age. This is normal.

📦 SHIPPING & HANDLING – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

• • YOU MUST BE HOME to receive the package and bring it indoors immediately. We are not responsible for packages left outside in extreme weather.
  • NOTE: Shipping upgrade recommended for fresh pepperberries.

All photos are taken in natural light to provide the most accurate color representation. Please note, however, that computer screens vary. The actual color may vary from what you see on your screen!

Ships UPS or USPS depending on location. Sorry, no shipments of fresh greenery to Canada.

Your order will ship in your chosen shipping-date range. The ship week excludes transit time. Depending on your location, your order can take approximately 2 to 5 business days to arrive. (Orders for shipment to Alaska and Hawaii may take approximately 6 to 8 business days.)

Please place preorders separately from items you would like shipped immediately. Any florals ordered with preordered greenery will ship the week you selected for your fresh greenery. Any order placed with different ship dates for different products will ship in its entirety on one of those dates at our discretion.

No returns on fresh greenery, including wreaths.

Due to recent shipping-rate increases, shipments of dried and preserved flowers to Alaska and Hawaii will incur a 15% long-distance fee at checkout. Fresh greenery, wreaths, and other large items shipping to these states will incur a 25% long-distance fee.
