📏 WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE:

• • You will receive one generous bundle of fresh Southern Magnolia (Magnolia grandiflora) stems.
  • Bundle includes: 1–15 stems depending on your selction, each with 3–5 leaves.
  • Leaf size: Approximately 6–8 inches long.
  • Note: As a natural product, size and shape will vary slightly. This is part of its charm!

🌿 CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR LONGEST LIFE:

• • PLEASE BE READY TO RECEIVE your package and bring it indoors immediately upon arrival. Upon arrival, unwrap your bundle and mist the leaves with water.
  • RECUT THE STEMS AT AN ANGLE and place in water for several hours before crafting, if possible.
  • STORE FRESH EVERGREENS in a cool, dark space (not warm!) until the day you are ready to use them. This will keep them fresh and beautiful until the day you are ready to display!
  • USE A WATER SOURCE (like a floral frog or wet oasis foam) for the greatest longevity of your arrangements.
  • KEEP AWAY from direct heat sources like vents or fireplaces to prevent drying out.
  • MIST REGULARLY with water to maintain freshness.

🎄WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE DELIVERED?

• • When you add items to your cart you will be prompted to select a ship week. This is the week when you would like your item to ship out to you.
  • Please select the same ship date for all items in your order. If there are multiple dates we will ship on one of the weeks of our choosing.
  • Leave plenty of transit time in case of a delay. Transit times can be longer during the holiday season. Once the carrier receives your box, it’s out of our hands and we can not guarantee transit times.
  • We make sure the greenery will stay fresh and beautiful during transit.

🌿HOW LONG WILL MY GREENERY LAST:

• • During the winter months, your greenery will last approximately 6–8 weeks outdoors with proper care and up to 4 weeks indoors.

🎄 IF YOU WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR GREENERY AS WELL AS DRIED OR PRESERVED FLORALS:

• • Please place preorders separateLY from items that you would like shipped immediately.
  • Any florals or preserved greenery ordered with fresh greenery will ship the week you selected for the greenery.

All photos are taken in natural light to provide the most accurate color representation. Please note, however, that computer screens vary. The actual color may vary from what you see on your screen!

Ships UPS or USPS depending on location. Sorry, no shipments of fresh greenery to Canada.

Your order will ship in your chosen shipping-date range. The ship week excludes transit time. Depending on your location, your order can take approximately 2 to 5 business days to arrive. (Orders for shipment to Alaska and Hawaii may take approximately 6 to 8 business days.)

Please place preorders separately from items you would like shipped immediately. Any florals ordered with preordered greenery will ship the week you selected for your fresh greenery. Any order placed with different ship dates for different products will ship in its entirety on one of those dates at our discretion.

No returns on fresh greenery, including wreaths.

Due to recent shipping-rate increases, shipments of dried and preserved flowers to Alaska and Hawaii will incur a 15% long-distance fee at checkout. Fresh greenery, wreaths, and other large items shipping to these states will incur a 25% long-distance fee.
