My mission is to deliver the freshest wreaths and finest dried-flower arrangements! I make all of my products specifically to order. Below are my policies regarding orders, product delivery, and so on. If you have any questions, please contact me.
Although I prefer payment through PayPal or a major credit card, I also accept personal checks. If you choose to pay by check, I will begin working on your order once your payment clears.
Processing time varies by item. Please see individual items for estimated ship times. Rush processing is available for some items; please contact me to set up a special order if you need faster processing than what the item listing offers. A 25% rush fee will apply to your total order, plus any additional shipping charges necessary to meet your deadline.
Estimated transit time (after I have put together your order!) is 2–7 business days in the contiguous U.S. (Hawaii and Alaska may take up to three weeks). International shipping may take up to 15 business days. Please contact me if you wish to set up expedited delivery.
I can only ship to one address per order. If you need to ship to separate addresses, place a separate order for each address.
You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. If your package arrives late or is missing, please contact the provider directly. I cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date.
Additional Shipping Information
For domestic orders (U.S.):
I use USPS Priority for many packages. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to arrive; the U.S. Postal Service does not guarantee delivery in a specific number of days, however.
For larger packages shipping to the West Coast, Midwest, and Florida, I typically use FedEx or USPS Parcel Post. Please allow 3–7 business days for this service. Hawaii and Alaska may take up to three weeks for delivery.
If you have a specific deadline or would like to upgrade to a faster service, just let me know.
For international orders:
International packages will ship using USPS First-Class Mail International for items under 4 pounds or Priority Mail International for heavier items. Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery of international packages.
You are responsible for checking with your customs authority regarding any regulations that apply to items you purchase. Before you order, ensure that your country will allow delivery of all items you intend to purchase. You are also responsible for any additional fees that your government imposes on your order, including (but not limited to) duties, taxes, and pesticide-treatment charges. These fees, when applicable, are beyond what the U.S. Postal Service charges for shipment of your order and may be due when you pick up your package.
In particular, Australian customers should note that the Australia customs authority has been unpredictable in my experience. Please check with any appropriate agencies before you order! You are responsible for all duties and other fees imposed by your government.
I package all items with care to ensure their safe arrival. I have shipped thousands of wreaths, arrangements and other products; only a few have arrived damaged.
My packaging uses a combination of new materials and clean reused materials. If you prefer all new or all recycled materials, please let me know in the “Order Notes” section at checkout and I will do my best to accommodate your wishes.
Normally, your package will not include a receipt or invoice of any kind. You can print your order-confirmation email to serve as a receipt, or let me know in the “Order Notes” section at checkout if you prefer to receive an invoice and I will gladly include one with your shipment.
If you would like me to include a note with a gift purchase, just let me know in the “Order Notes” section at checkout!
I accept Christmas preorders from August 1 to November 1. Your order will be on my calendar for your requested ship date. Orders canceled less than two weeks before the ship date will not receive a refund.
Purchases after November 15 will be filled first come, first served. If you would like to rush your order, contact me to set up a custom order. The rush fee is 25% of the total order plus any additional shipping costs required to meet your deadline.
For expedited shipping service, please contact me before purchasing your items; be sure to provide your address information so I can give you a shipping estimate.
Refunds and Exchanges
I cannot provide refunds for or accept returns of fresh wreaths, custom arrangements and wreaths, or wedding packages (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and other custom arrangements). I try my best to accurately portray my products, but because I work with natural materials, they will always exhibit slight variations in color, shape, and size.
You may return dried-flower bunches, preserved and dried wreaths and arrangements, paper-rose garlands, and full-spool ribbons as long as they arrive in the same condition I sent them in. Please use the original packaging and ship them within 15 days. You are responsible for return-shipping costs. On receipt of the items, you will receive a refund of your purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee and any original shipping costs. If you are returning an item that I shipped in error, I will provide you with a return-shipping label and will refund the full item and its shipping cost on receipt. No returns after 15 days from delivery date.
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos so I can file an insurance claim. I may require return of the order, but I will replace it at no additional cost to you.
I do not refund shipping charges for returned packages (including those that are undeliverable owing to an erroneous address or refusal by a customs authority).
Please contact the shipping provider if your package is missing.
I welcome custom orders! My customers excel at new creations! If you would like to place a custom order, please contact me—include your desired arrangement size and materials as well as a time frame for delivery. I will do my best to create exactly what you want, but you must place your order before I start working on it. If you would like a picture of the item before I ship it, let me know; I’d be happy to do so and make any minor changes you might desire before shipment. Please note, however, that I cannot accept returns or give refunds on custom orders.
Currently, I do not offer wholesale pricing, but I do offer discounts for large orders (except those for delivery between November 1 and December 20).
I always want happy customers, so please contact me if your purchase arrives damaged. After receiving proof of damage, I’ll be more than happy to replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Your privacy is important to me. I will never share your information without your consent (except in the event of an applicable subpoena from a court of law). No ifs, ands, or buts.
